  • 2lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup SpiceMode Madras seasoning (or your favorite brand)
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • Paprika

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, broccoli and madras seasoning in a bowl
  2. Cover with a lid and allow it to sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator
  3. While meat is marinating, heat up grill and sprinkle sliced sweet potatoes with paprika or seasoning of choice
  4. Gently add chicken cubes and broccoli to skewers*
  5. Place skewers and sweet potatoes on grill
  6. Discard remaining marinade
  7. Cook skewers until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender

Note: if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes before placing on a warm grill
