- 1.5 lbs. Turkey Cutlets
- ½ cup slices Black Olives
- ½ cup reduced-fat Feta Cheese
- ½ cup sliced Cherry Tomato
- 2 cups Green Beans
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste.
- Sautee green beans in olive oil over medium heat until tender.
- Toss with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Grill turkey cutlets until cooked through.
- Divide cutlets among 2 plates.
- Sprinkle cutlets with olives, feta, tomato and some fresh mint, if desired.
- Serve with green beans.
