Ingredients

  • 4 pieces SizzleFish Coho Salmon (~1.5lbs)
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • Lime Juice
  • Chipotle Seasoning
  • ½ cup Mango Salsa
  • 2 cups Low-Sodium Black Beans, rinsed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix together honey and lime juice.
  2. Spread honey evenly between 4 fillets.
  3. Sprinkle with Chipotle seasoning, as desired.
  4. Grill salmon until cooked and flaky.
  5. Toss together black beans and salsa.
  6. Evenly divide over 4 fillets.
  7. Serve warm.
