- 1 tbsp. Honey
- Lime Juice
- Chipotle Seasoning
- ½ cup Mango Salsa
- 2 cups Low-Sodium Black Beans, rinsed
- Mix together honey and lime juice.
- Spread honey evenly between 4 fillets.
- Sprinkle with Chipotle seasoning, as desired.
- Grill salmon until cooked and flaky.
- Toss together black beans and salsa.
- Evenly divide over 4 fillets.
- Serve warm.
