Ingredients

  • 3 scoops (102g) NutriForce Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • ¾ c (84g) Almond Flour
  • 2 tbs (14g) Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tbs (28g) SweetSpreads Maple Pancake Coconut Butter, melted
  • 1 tbs (21g) Honey
  • 1 tsp Liquid Stevia, optional
  • 1/3c + 1 tbs Coconut Milk

Cooking Instructions

Directions

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients.
  2. Add in wet ingredients.
  3. Continue mixing until combined (this will take some mixing).
  4. Refrigerate mix for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from refrigerator and roll into desired size bites.
  6. Store in fridge or freezer.
