In her early years, Ana Mera spent a lot of time feeling depressed and sorry for herself. During this time, she allowed herself to gain weight. After seeing the fit women ind fitness magazines, and finally hitting the gym herself, Ana managed to turn her life around.

She is now very active, and considers herself an adrenaline seeker.  Ana is a Canadian Ski Patroller, and enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, snowboarding, golf, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and downhill mountain biking.
