I have been cutting for most of my life! But just recently I declared my longing to build a little muscle... I am so excited yet a little apprehensive. I am a little freaked out about the weight I will gain, only because most of our lives, as a woman, we were brainwashed on how BAD it was to put on a few pounds. I keep telling myself that the more muscle i build the calories I will burn!
Your pics rock, btw!
My husband has me on a very strict diet, so hopefully I can reach my goal.
