Dumbbell Squat Jump Instructions

  1. Grab a set of dumbbells and hold them down by your side with a neutral grip.
  2. With your feet around shoulder-width apart, this is your starting position.
  3. Lower down into a squat by bending the knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor or as far as comfortably possible.
  4. At the bottom of the squat, begin to push through your heels and explode up. Your feet should be off the ground and flexed at the top.
  5. Land back on your toes, then immediately shift your weight to your heels. This is one rep.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.

Dumbbell Squat Jump Tips

Sorry but this exercise looks like an accident waiting to happen.
