Team Gaspari athletes, Robert Timms and Jessie Keller, take us through one of their favorite forms of cardio in this video.
That form of cardio happens to be boxing.
Boxing, in general, requires elite athleticism to perform well.
While neither has plans to hop in the ring anytime soon, they do enjoy to perform boxing instead of other more monotonous forms of cardiovascular exercise.
Timms also mentions that performing the boxing circuit gives him a bit of perspective when watching matches on television. It’s not as easy as it looks!
