My name is William Richards and I am pumped to be able to bring you some of the latest fitness news and techniques used inside and out of the gym. People today have become so confined to the idea that gyms are the only place to improve your life.
It’s more then just the weights you push around and the speed you use on the treadmill. You have to train just as hard outside of the gym as you do inside the gym. It doesn’t stop there. It’s about eating right, thinking right and lifting smart. I have many different styles of training when it comes to teaching my clients.
