What initially started for Brandon as a way to improve sports performance has transformed into a life long passion of personal progression in strength and size.

Brandon Campbell first entered the gym at an early age as a way to succeed in high school basketball. It was also at this time that he competed in his first power meets. Through time and dedication he used his success both on the court and in the weight room to earn a spot playing in college in his home state of Virginia.

Despite being one of the strongest members of the team as a true freshman, an early injury halted his playing career. It was at this time that he finally began to discover that there was more to results then just lifting heavy weights. He took an active interest in diet and nutrition as well as expanding his knowledge on training techniques and philosophies.

These days he's a successful corporate trainer, personal trainer and YouTube personality where he's been able to spread his knowledge to the masses through an online medium. Through his videos he's reached millions of viewers and helped them reach their goals of losing weight and building muscle.

I'm a skinny guy (130 lbs) and have been going to the gym for about 4 months now, and looking to bulk up as fast as possible. Would the P.H.U.L workout be right for me?

I do accept as true with all of the concepts you have offered in your post. They're really convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are very brief for beginners. May you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post. daefeccfageg

In one of your videos you discussed, I believe that it was "creatine"! You also mentioned that the high quality of this supplement was not expensive!

What are the brand names that a person should look for? And where could a person purchase these??!!

I take Myprotein creatine monohydrate. If you want to pay slightly more get optimum nutrition micronised
