50 Cent always G-G-G-G-G G-UNIT!!!!!!!!!!
I prefer death metal and rap when I work out
I get that the list will be diverse due to musical taste, but how could you leave Ozzy off? I see only one Black Sabbath song. Breathe in & out on your sets as I think not enough oxygen reached one's brain in leaving Ozzy off this list.
Anything Alice in Chains!
My favorite lifting songs:
1. The Way of the Fist- Five Finger Death Punch
2. Unbroken- Killswitch Engage
3. White Knuckles- Five Finger Death Punch
4. This Fire- Killswitch Engage
5. 300 Violin Orchestra- Jorge Quintero
Melt your fat and get ripped with grindcore music....bolt thrower, terrorizer, napalm death, carcass
Here's what I like blasting in my ears while working out:
Madball - Born Strong
Deftones - Headup
Tyr - Blood of Heros
Amon Amarth - Live for the Kill
God Forbid - Precious Lie
Slipknot - (Sic)
Slayer - Disciple
Anything Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Valentine, 5Finger DeathPunch will power you through any workout.
Of all the Iron maiden songs you picked number of the beast? There are MUCH better tracks from maiden for working out. (Ex. The Mercenary, The Trooper, The evil that men do, Deja Vu, etc.) Do you even metal?
Dropkick Murpheys - I'm shipping up to Boston
Yeah, sorry to say, this list is fucking horrid. Avenged Sevenfold? I guess you're trying to appeal to the female weightlifters with that one, but no thanks. Black Eyed Peas? Are you dumb? NO. STOP. BACK IN BLACK?! A song we've ALL HEARD A BILLION TIMES!? No. Bad list is bad. lol Some of the worst songs I've ever heard are on this shit. Wtf. This list is sonically appalling. Generic as shit, too.
Here's a much better list for someone with actual musical taste:
Bonfire - Knife Party
Slipknot - The Blister Exists
Blue Stahli - Give Me Everything You Got
Celldweller - Unshakeable
Rammstein - Buck Dich
Lamb of God - Ghost Walking
Tech N9ne - Make Waves
Clipping - Body and Blood
Daft Punk - Derezzed
Hatebreed - Become The Fuse/War is the Answer - 5FDP
Hollywood Undead - We Are, Undead
Imagine Dragons - Radioactive
Avenged Sevenfold - Hail to the King
Can you please put all of these in one full playlist
They are. Check the Spotify playlist above.
If you like heavy then...
20 rep squats- "Todestrieb" by Devouring Star. This song is moody and the atmosphetr is madness and delirium... just like how you feel while doing and finishing a heavy 20 rep session.
Tabata front squats- "Skeletons in the Closet" by Infernal Majesty. Classic high energy thrash song that ends 13 seconds before you collapse from a tabata front squat session.
Deadlifts- "Chasm of Oceanus" by Disma. Heavy. Barbaric. Simple. Effective. Crushing. If deadlifts were a song it would be this.
Power cleans- "Do not Speak" by Anaal Nathrakh. Transfer the frustration and hate from this song to the bar and you'll do just fine.
Extra lifts you do for fun- "Gastronomicon" by SluGdge. Fun, catchy tune, by a band who sings about giant Lovecraftian slugs taking over the world.
Alien Nation: Sail
Shattered (Turn the Car Around)
Golden State: Brother
I like Alien Nation : Sail
I like Devildriver's cover better \m/
All that remains: the air that I breath
The nameless
Machinehead: halo
Dream theater: constant motion
Lamb of god: Requiem
Omerita
Is this list published to any music sites?
It's on Spotify.
Thanks Steve. It wasn't working when i clicked the link, but i managed to figure it out and got the playlist
Excellent.
To those who enjoy working out to thrash metal like Metallica or Megadeth but have not explored the genre fully. Here's where to start.
Sodom-Agent Orange, Persecution Mania
Slayer-Reign in Blood
Kreator-Pleasure to Kill, Terrible Certainty, Extreme Aggression, Coma of Souls
Coroner-No More Color, Mental Vortex
Sepultura-Schizophrenia, Beneath the Remains, Arise
I'm a big Kreator fan.
I don't want to meet the man who isn't lol
Haha.
Testament's new album, "Dark Roots of Earth" is a great choice. Whole album! Also, Devildriver's "End of the Line" could be the best deadlifting set song ever.
1-Roy Jones- Can't be touched
2-Rob_Bailey_and_The-_Hustle_Standard_-Beast
3-Roy Jones - Go Hard or Go
4-Undisputed III - Tom Erba - Bring It On
