This product is often on sale making it appreciable to the protein prices of old. Taste is okay, not as good as their birthday cake, but it works and it mixes well in smoothies. *

First time taking this protein, was a BOGO so I went for it. Good profile, mixed great, not chalky or chemical tasting. I use 1 scoop a day, in about 20oz of whole milk, not as strong of a chocolate flavor as others, not saying that's a bad thing. If you like a strong chocolate flavor then I'd pass, but if like a mild chocolate flavor then this is it. For my post workout I put 2 scoops in, the chocolate flavor was stronger, but since I mixed it with a scoop of oats in the blender it was pretty thick in 24oz. In my 30+ years of protein powders it's not my favorite, but definitely not the worse. Will buy again if BOGO and my normal go-to powder isn't.*
