For me this did not work. I started off with half a scoop and made me very shaky. For me this did work and had to return. For others this could be great pre workout supplement  *

I was drawn to this pre-workout because of two factors (the two main factors in every supplement I purchase) ingredient list and quantity and the price. For 30$ I don't think you will find a better pre workout on M&S. The flavor of the pineapple orange is delicious with minimal powdery residue. Strangely, what i enjoy most about this pre-workout, is how I feel AFTER my workout. Likely due to the Alpha-Gpc, there is a sense of clear mindedness and overall well-being with clean energy after I get through my workout. The workout itself is also great. I ordered the snow cone flavor as well but I am yet to try it. If its anything like orange pineapple then im sure it'll be fantastic. Solid pre-workout overall. If it stays at this price (affordable unlike the ludicrous price tags on some other supplements) they will have my business for quite some time*

A little deception...Not for me. Reading other reviews...maybe is the final conclussion. Good pumps, decent taste, but for me, lack of energy and focus. I give it two weeks and then, give up. The pump is there, but i did not feel any boost of energy...only a soft consistent one, not in the zone. Seein the label i expected much, much more. Simply, it does not work for me*

Best pre-workout!! I've tried Gorilla Mode, ApeShit untamed, and Steel charged. I give this pre-workout a 10/10. Gorilla mode 1 scoop- 8/10, 2 scoops- 9/10. The pump is better than 1 scoop of Gorilla mode. The focus is insane, I feel like I could go study math right after Gym lol. I also don't get jittery post-workout (unlike the steelcharged, that shiiz gives me the jitters). After a workout, I feel relaxed & happy- not tired, not too energetic, just pure euphoria (I've never felt like this after a workout before). It doesn't have that many reviews yet since it's a new product but I think it deserves to be popular. This thing is amazing. The only dislike I have is that it took about 17 days for it to be delivered to California.*
