Great product, mixes easy and is flavor and colorless so it’s easy to use with Pre workout before the gym aminos during or in a protein shake after for that extra recovery boost .The only complaint that I have is that it’s a half a scoop portion not sure why they wouldn’t just make the scoop the right size of the portion *
