Most pre workouts don't hit me hard at all. First one in a long time where I had a noticeable energy increase. Never felt jittery or sick off of it. By far the best tasting pre workout iv ever had*

Yeah Buddy has been an excellent source of smooth energy for workouts. It mixability is good and taste is unique but solid. The extended release caffeine makes the energy last longer with no crash. This has been my go to pre for awhile now!*

The yeah buddy formula has changed a bit. I notice that powder will now get very hard in the container. There is also a slight change in taste which affects my review. This is still an effective product but it used to be better. *

This Pre-workout is so good, old version and new one. Similar effect but not the same, old hits you hard and stays OK through workout, but new formula build up, it gets better with time, lifts you higher and higher without crush. PUMP is fenomenal in both versions !*

Id be lying if I said I’d be singing praises about this product, I’d be screaming them! The sheer energy and focus from this product is the best I’ve ever had. From trying many preworkouts I can definitely say this is by far the best for energy and focus, didn’t notice much of a pump beyond normal but that didn’t really matter because you just fly through workouts and feel great. Taste and mix ability are both really good so would highly recommend to anyone whatsoever *
