Not having a scoop in the jar reduced this by one star, otherwise the dosage is a little odd, 5mg is the standard normally, so 4.2g seems like they're just trying to get more servings, but it seems to mix well enough.*

I received the micronized creatine. You cannot go wrong with this and when it's on offer it's the cheapest on the site.*

Creatine has always worked. Micronized is much easier to dissolve in water.*

Hello, I have found this product to be "very" helpful in my progress at the Gym. I have followed the directions from day 1 and noticed a "burst" and "consistent" strength during my entire workout. I'm at the Gym for 2 hours at this point, I finish up on the Treadmill walk/run Incline and Speed intervals. So, with that said, burning all that energy takes a lot out of your body. This product is with me thru the haul. I highly recommend Now Creatine!*
