This is the closest thing to the Hydroxycut elite powder that I used to use for a pre-workout. Most of the time it gives me a boost and mental focus and energy, but sometimes can make me a little shaky.*

I also bit my tongue while sleeping and it hurt badly. Pushing on my teeth so bad. Almost like I was taking cocaine. I raced around and was irritable and my anxieties were they the roof.
