Ingredients
Capsule (Gelatin Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Red No 40, FD&C Blue No. 1) Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

To assess your tolerance, for the first day, start by taking 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once daily. On day 4 and beyond, take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). Do not snack between meals. For best results, use for 60 days combined with diet and training. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Drink 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Day 1 - 1 capsule, two times daily Day 2 & Day 3 - 2 capsules, once daily Day 4 & beyond - 2 capsules, twice daily.

These scared the Jesus in me. My heart was racing so bad I thought I was going. To have a heart attack. Also grinding my teeth and pushing on them with my tongue. I also bit my tongue while sleeping and it hurt badly. Pushing on my teeth so bad. Almost like I was taking cocaine. I raced around and was irritable and my anxieties were they the roof.
