This is the first time I have used the Rule 1 roar pre-workout. It was a good bogo deal. I have only used the grape flavor so far but the taste is good. It has consistently given me a solid pump without any gitters. The pump lasts a while too. Make sure you take it the recommended time prior to your workout. Another thng is that it does not give me an upset stomach like some other pre workouts. This is a good pre workout and I approve this message!*
