After years of trying pratically almost all kind of protein products this is the only one i use and that I will keep using. Depending on your goal obviously I found out that this one is the perfect match for me. I love the taste which is kind of different so I can’t speak for anyone else. I just love it and the energy it gives me helped me to go from 282 pounds to 214 now. Let’s be clear, there’s no miracle here. You need to workout and dieting properly to reach whatever is your goal. What i can tell you is that this is the only product that helped me during the process. For who says it doesn’t mix well I’m gonna suggest to invest in a blender, portable or not but please get you a blender no matter what is the protein products you’re using. Overall best protein in the market for ME. I can use it pre workout,post workout or during the day and it fill me up avoiding overeating.   It contains caffeine but despite my hbp I never had any issues.*
