Followed the recipe to the letter, mine were a gooey mess.
I baked them for 10-15 minutes at 160, and they come out as a quite dense, bland cake!
100 times better, amazing with an extra slater of peanut butter on top!

I subbed the raisins for cranberries and the spoon tasted good so far. Waiting for them to come out of the fridge. Also used nutty peanut butter.

Wow! The raisins added to the protein bars gives a special flavor to it. Here is another one which I came across: http://papasteves.com/ which is Papa Steve's protein bars, an healthy alternative to a protein bar that is made of non gmo ingredients, its gluten free, tastes great and its perishable.

Make sure you mix the oats and protein powder first before and the milk and PB (warm PB up first)

I followed it to the letter, got a gooey mess too...not practical to take anywhere as it just gets stickier the warmer it gets. Tasted better than it looks and better than some commercial Bars I've tasted.

I had the opposite problem of a gooey mess. Mine was almost impossible to mix as it was so hard but the peanut butter was quite hard. Probably should have warmed it up a bit first. However I did eventually knead it with my hands and flatten it in a tin and they taste great. Bearing in mind they contain milk, do these have to be stored in the fridge all the time and how long do they last. I got 14 out of mine but I'm only little

yes, it's called 'Better n Peanut Butter.' It's made with real peanuts without all the fat and cals. You can get it at SuperTarget.

Just get natural peanut butter. The one and only ingredient is peanuts. The fats in nuts are good for you
