I'm a girl trying to shape my bottom a little better. I'm very small framed thougg so i dont know if this shake would help or not. Ive been doing squats every night.
Do you think the squats are enough for me? Or do you have any other suggestions?

When you say it makes two servings you mean it makes more than needed based upon quanity, correct? You don;t mean the nutritional values are doubled?

beleieve it or not it actaully makes 2 and like a quater of servings i think it should be made with just 6 oz of water next time
