Lying Cable Knee Raise Instructions
- Position a bench in front of a cable machine and adjust the height of the pulley to the same height as the bench.
- Attach ankle straps or handles to the pulley and select the desired weight.
- Lay on the bench so your head is furthest from the cable machine and your feet are closest. Attach the straps or handles to your ankles.
- With your feet and knees together, point your legs out straight so your body forms a straight plank. Your legs should not be resting on the bench. This is the starting position for the exercise.
- Execute by slowly pulling your knees up towards your chest as high as possible.
- Pause, then slowly extend your legs back to the starting position. This is one rep.
- Repeat for desired reps.
