Lying High Pulley Close Grip Cable Curl Instructions
- Position a flat bench in front of a high pulley cable machine.
- Attach a straight bar to the high pulley and select your desired weight on the stack.
- Sit on the bench facing away from the machine. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up), keeping your hands about 6–8 inches apart.
- Lie back on the bench so your head is near the end closest to the cable machine.
- With your upper arms stationary, curl the bar toward your forehead in a controlled motion.
- At the top of the movement, squeeze your biceps, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
