Matt Dustin is a personal trainer, online coach, and fitness author based out of San Diego, California. Matt has been a personal trainer since early 2011, after he discovered fitness and fell in love with the gym in college. In 2010, he transferred to a new college to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, after three years of business school, and hasn’t looked back.
He has interned with Under Armour’s sports performance center in Baltimore, MD, written articles for many publications, contributed textbook chapters to personal training certification textbooks, and is releasing his first full-length published book in April 2016. Matt’s clientele has included athletes of all levels, IFBB competitors, models, actors, and everyone in between.
In addition to having a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Matt holds the following credentials: NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
