Luke is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a USA Weightlifting Level One Sports Performance Coach, former Marine Infantryman of five years and has coached numerous individuals towards their transformation and performance goals.

About Luke Atchley

I became interested in strength training as a young, scrawny, teenager in the deserts of Tucson, Arizona who was trying to get stronger for athletics and have been hooked on strength training ever since.  I chose to join the Marine Corps in 2007 after I graduated high school and spent the next five years on active duty where my experiences in physical training grew deeper.

When I left the Marine Corps in 2012 I wanted to pursue my interests in strength training and movement so I got my certifications and began training in a number of different settings to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible in order to help my clients achieve their goals. 

I moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2013 after getting engaged to my now wife. When I am not training, writing or learning I enjoy reading anything from fitness to fiction.  Some of my other hobbies include cooking, hiking, single-track trail riding, and spending time with my wife Megan.
