Jay Mendoza is a strength and conditioning intern at Central Connecticut State University and a personal trainer at one of the most popular gyms in Western MA. He recently earned his BS in Exercise & Sport Science from Temple University. In addition to his degree, Jay is also a certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting and is working to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.
