Dave Bonollo is a fitness writer, dad, deadlift enthusiast and founder of
AestheticPhysiques.com. His goal is to help average people get above
average results efficiently.

After suffering a herniated disc two days before a bodybuilding
competition which resulted in surgery, Dave was determined to do what
he loves again – lifting weights. He threw himself into strength training
in an attempt to injury proof his back. 8 months after surgery he was
on stage at a bodybuilding show and a year later deadlift 405.

Since then he has founded AestheticPhysiques.com where he takes a
practical and scientific approach to help people from all over the world
lose fat, build muscle and look better naked without having to live in the
gym.
