My writing is meant to educate, motivate, and inspire you to achieve your personal goal to a stronger and healthier you.  I am not an expert, just a person who has a deep passion for strength and fitness and hopes to offer his continuing knowledge and experiences.

I was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii and grew up playing sports for most of my life.  I’ve held multiple positions in the strength/fitness industry (Assistant Strength Coach, Assistant Fitness Center Director, Track & Field Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, Amateur Natural Bodybuilder).

Besides having a passion for training, I also enjoy the outdoors, music, art, and a nice cup of coffee.  While others rush through life, I’m going with the flow and enjoying every moment.
