Charles Cunningham is an Army Master Fitness trainer who currently works full time for the Kansas Army National Guard. He holds a BS in Health/Fitness, is a Precision Nutrition certified level 1 coach, and is currently pursuing level 2 certification.

While serving in the military for the last fifteen years Charles has strived to pass along his knowledge on health/nutrition to his fellow Soldiers while also working part time at a premiere Strength and Conditioning facility in Overland Park, KS, Simoneau Sports Performance, where he was hired after a successful internship.  

For the last 9 months Charles has also been working with MusclePharm as one of their Ambassador’s for their Combat Crunch bars, which has provided him with an opportunity to share with Soldiers and others how effective supplementation can help you reach your nutritional goals, but should never be relied upon. 

His main mission is to help educate young Soldiers and others of effective nutrition habits/strategies that can be used based off his trial/error that he has experienced being both a competitor and a trainer in the industry for the last 3 years.
