Quick Stats
Brian started lifting at the age of 15, and has gained 85lbs. Muscle building is his life, and he has does everything he can to create the absolute best conditions for growth.

Hey there! My name is Brian Turner and you may have seen my transformation article from when I was 17 years old. I've been bodybuilding since then (for a total of 5 years of lifting) and I've gone from 180 lbs to 220 lbs currently at the age of 20!  Bodybuilding is my life and I make sure that everything I do creates the absolute best conditions for my growth and development and because of that I have grown to what I now think is actually something to be proud of.

By no means, though, am I satisfied with or content with how I look.  I think I have just started to build something impressive and I know I have many many years ahead of me before I'll be where I want to be (and even then I won't be content!) Because I want to grow strength and size as quickly as possible I have spent many months tweaking and perfecting what I think is one of the best workout routines out there for gaining size quickly.

I share an equal passion of growing myself with helping others learn and grow themselves so I wanted to share this routine with you.

Hey Brian I've been following you for quite some time now I'm going to give this lohilo a go.
Just a few questions though. Would you change your diet at all through the lighter more rep days then the heavier days? And is this a continuous cycle of days or should I incorporate a rest day?
You are a fuckin legend and inspiration!
Thanks,
Devin
