Brandon has been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and has trained over 1,000 clients. He has competed in bodybuilding & physique competitions; and most recently competed in a powerlifting competition in the USAPL. He currently works as the marketing manager for the supplement company, Athletic Xtreme.
Brandon has his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and also operates his own informative training website, LiftingDad. There he focuses on providing insight into his own experiences and knowledge on health, nutrition, and training.
