Jen is a Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA with a degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys lifting heavy things and various outdoor activities as well.

Born and raised in Montana, Jen has always enjoyed an active, outdoor lifestyle. She earned a degree in Exercise Science from Montana State University and is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She also holds a personal trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.

Since 2010, Jen has worked as a trainer, coach and writer while building a family with the luckiest guy ever. She is currently taking a hiatus from training and coaching to raise their three kiddos and get some quality writing time in.

In her “free” time, Jen enjoys lifting heavy things in her garage, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, hunting, baking, competing in road/trail races, horseback riding, doing yard work, and trying her hand as an amateur photographer. Find Jen on Facebook at Front Range Fitness or visit her website,
