Do you incorporate any kettlebell training in your routines as a change up from traditional lifting?
Hi,i wanna thank you for these videos. they are very helpful and they made me change some things in my workout. i have a question about abs. how many times per week should i do abs and what exercises would you recommend. I am 27 years old, 185cm, 81kg and i go to gym about times per week.thanks robert
