you need to start by doing rotator cuff rehab exercises...these can easily be found on youtube

my name is Tyrone C, i am a novice bodybuilder, but i really enjoy just working out in general, although recently i have hurt/torn my rotator cuff doing a dumbell chest press. Since then the last 4 weeks i have not done any chest/shoulder excerises. If you have any advice on how i can get back into doing chest/shoulder excercises, i would greatly appreciate it! p.s. i have been trying to work only legs/ abs and biceps and triceps.
