What a great company. There was a delay in shipping my order to me. When I inquired why it was taking a little longer than expected, they were super apologetic and asked if they could substitute the original flavor ordered for one what was in stock, and I was fine with that. I know things happen... however I was very surprised and grateful when I got my order in, to find that they had given me a free shaker and an extra container of the creatine I had ordered to compensate for the unusual delay. A very user friendly website, which was quick to navigate. A good range of supplements on offer. Although the delivery took longer than initially anticipated, everything arrived well packaged. In addition, the customer service team were really supportive throughout the process. SO, my order initially got damaged in transit and went back to the company. I'm not one to get upset as things happen. I contacted their customer service, and Ashley followed up with me pretty quickly. I asked if they would just expedite it because I didn't want to wait long to receive it. OMG, they not only got it to me in 2 days. They added some free things that I didn't ask for or expect. Ashley was super great, and I will be ordering so much more from them. The reason why I like about this company is because one day my package came in damaged, I had called Muscle&Strength, and their customer service were awesome. My reviews are always great for this site. No were in uk do they sell so many amazing products so 7/10 days shipping at these prices can't be beaten. When i served in iraq there was a place called camp boka an American camp and we used to buy our supplements everytime we was lucky enough to go there because even there the shop was so full of great products. So for those of us who lived to be best shape even in our spare time we smashed gym lol. patrol/train/eat/sleep kind of a 7 month detox with no alcohol to ruin the gains.

I don't usually use Muscle and Strength for my supplements. However, because of the rising cost of everything, including supplements I checked out some other suppliers and found M&S very competitive, especially their "buy 2 for...." so I gave them a try and am very pleased. Plus there free delivery for orders over $99 was supposed to be 4 to 6 days and I had my order in 24 hours. I will definitely be checking out M&S the next time I order supplements.

So get this; My order had multiple issues and I'm still giving it a Five Star rating. Here's why. My order was initially messed up with the sale not properly being given shipping information. They took the money, and for whatever reason didn't send any follow-up information for days. When I reached out to inquire, Ryan the Rhino (most of the Customer Support have fun, creative names) took one look at my order, had it sorted out, and refunded my shipping within 5 minutes of my contacting him. Then they sent me the wrong item. Another quick reach-out to Customer Support and Mighty Joe Young (They must have fun with this) had a new package sent out with several bits of free SWAG, as well as extra product to apologize for all the trouble with no additional charges. This, too, only took about 5 minutes of interaction with the Customer Support team. Honestly, these guys were able to show how no matter how serious an issue with an order is, if the customer service is incredible then it can be recovered. It is thanks to Ryan and Joe that I feel like Muscle & Strength offers one of the best services to people on the planet.

I bought this protein a month ago and it can't be beaten for the price. Shipping was fast and questions are answered immediately by support. I actually bought it again since I wrote this review and still no complaints, shipping was even faster the second time. The scoop was buried at the literal bottom of the protein the second time, but there's nothing that can be done about that. The protein gets shaken up during transport. The only 'issue' being a non-issue just confirms this is the only place I'll be getting my protein from for the foreseeable future.
