- Good quality protein mix (milk and whey, not soy). - Taste is OK not chemical like some bars. Tastes good when hungry but not good enough to motivate excessive recreational eating. -  Not enough carbs. Very low carbs is not a good thing as many athletes think. Moderate carbs stimulates insulin which supports protein metabolism.  One of the better bars I have tried. *

Flavours can be subjective, but having the crunch of the cookies in the Cookies & Cream bars really enhanced the texture and flavour of the bars for me. The Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip reminded me of the early protein bars that never progressed since.*

Protein bars usually dont set well with my stomach. These are good so far. Not best taste ive had but nice on the go option*

Not a fan.  Really chalky and you can taste the sucralose a lot.  Not a fan of fake sugar so that ruins it for me.  Edible but probably won’t buy again.*
