I've been using the EAA Max for a couple of years. While I can only speak anecdotally, I will say that I have not had any issues or problems with my gym workouts. And I am over 60. The product tastes good, and mixes well. It's best when chilled before drinking. So, mixed with cold water*

It’s great for a pre-workout supplement if you’re not one to use pre-workout supplements that have beta-alanine or caffeine. I mix it with agmatine sulfate, L-arginine and citrulline malate for a great, non-stim pre-workout mix. I recommend it to everyone!*

Flavors were awesome! Mixed with about 26oz of water & was still sweet. Blender bottle broke powder down well, no clumps… Literally a perfect EAA product! *

My go to EAA. for me, orange dreamsicle is my favorite. I will mix it with vanilla protien sometimes. Great for recovery*

When you’ve been pounding your water all day and just need something else this is my go to. I actually use only a half serving so it lasts quite a while. I don’t really notice much difference when I take or don’t take Eaas or Bcaas but figure it’s better than Gatorade haha*
