I received this request for review two days after receiving this product. Two days is’t enough time for understanding the impact of any product on your body. Now that I’ve had a two week time period, I’m able to feel the difference of consuming this product prior to not having anything as such. I and my trainer have both noticed the impact to the level of strength and force I’m able to place behind the lift of additional weight. I’m 20 to 30 lbs. over my former max weight depending on the part of the body being worked.. My stamina. has increased to support a longer (15 mins. - 20 mins.) additional routine. I’m impressed after never having any Creatine in my system. 72 and still going strong. *
