The Strawberry flavor is the best I have ever had. When it comes to the product, having to do 2 big scoops every time is not really what I was looking for. It can be a bit too much for your stomach to handle. However, that is the whole point of a mass gainer. Just not for me. But I recommend it if you do a lot of exercise and eat a healthy diet.*

I wrote 3 stars because serous mass doesn't build the muscle mass . It builds overall mass fat&muscle also retain fluid around the waist. If you are strongman powderlifter or just need to add body weight the serious mass is the best choice. But for bodybuilders really not recommended .*
