I got this for my grandmother for her weight loss and also i tired it and felt awesome. It has the best ingredients for the fat loss without the stimulation of caffeine which can cause sugar spike for T2 Diabetics. Very safe supplement to consume in AM and PM without causing interruptions in the sleep!!*
