In all fairness, I haven't been using this long enough to give an accurate review. I've been on Super Cortisol Support now for a couple of weeks. I don't see any difference. But, I am not sure what I am supposed to be feeling.*

I suffer from a lot of stress at work an I am trying this to combat cortisol increases as the day goes on. I only take one a day at lunchtime and it seem to be helping. I'm upping my exercise regime so I'm considering taking two of these one at lunch and the other at dinner.*
