Good taste, good concept, but the fact that you don't want to take 350 mg of caffeine every day makes you taking this only 2-3 a week. Thus you gonna need creatine powder separately to make creatine cycle effective.*

When you are looking for a pre-workout here it is very complete and effective, but its flavor is somewhat strong and squeaky, you can pass it by, but if you are somewhat mystical with flavors you will have to dilute it more with water.*

This prework is great. Great ingredients and great dose. I have great workouts with this prework. But, the flavor is horrible it's the worst tasting prework I ever had. It has a strong bitter nasty taste. If you guy/girl that doesn't care about the taste this product is for you. But if you're a guy/girl that cares about the flavor don't get this.*
