First and foremost this protein is great for cutting. Sometimes I take advantage of the l carnitine in the product and blend a banana for some carb intake or 30 minutes after and hit a workout. The protein itself is delicious I'm on my 4 tub. I prtferred o buy it when it's on sale since it's a bit pricy but in all honesty it's worth it. The caffeine in it isn't super strong which is good and allows you to take it in the evening and still be able to go to bed  some hrs later. But yeah basically love it and going to keep it in my protein arsenal haha*

I got this because of the cutting element to the protein that’s it claims to be.  So far, after taking it for about 2 weeks, it seems to have the same effect as a very low carb/sugar type protein.  So it’s not bad, it’s not ineffective, it’s just not amazing.  Taste is great.*
