This stuff just doesn't mix well. One scoop in 14oz. water does NOT dissolve completely. There is always residue covering the walls if my 40 ounce shaker. Even when I finish drinking, then add 30 oz more water to the shaker for my intra-workout mix, the residue still doesn't dissolve. Will never buy again.*
