Didn't wanna rate it in the first month, but now that Im in my second month, I do feel like this is improving my results. Recovery and strength feels somewhat improved. They say its the third month where it all kicks in, so looking forward to that. Feels like a solid product though.*

I recently tried this and I am about halfway through the bottle. Not sure if I have noticed any results yet. Maybe I will notice more of the effects after consuming a little more than half the bottle. *

I have seen a definite change in my workouts and muscle gains. I was 3/4 the way through my first bottle and found I was able to increase my weights and reps...I can't remember the last time a new supplement helped my workouts like this. This may be a very expensive placebo, but I'll take it!*
