When I received the container for this product the gummies have stuck all together and flavor is only berries per container didn’t notice a distinct difference in taste but over all I feel it’s a good product*

The flavour is nice, they taste like gummy bears. But the side effect.... I tried them for 2 days and had, excuse me for tmi, I was bloated and gassy like never before and felt like I need to go all the time but couldn’t. And when I did it was only a tiny bit. The following day after stopping taking them the side effects went away.  I only took them for 2 days and terrified to try again, so it’s a no for me. *

I don't really like swallowing pills so these are great for people like me. They seem to work although that could be the placebo effect. I wish these went on sale too*
