So far this product seems to work well for me, I've used it before in the past.  Then I decided to tried a couple of other brands. I was in an accident that left me with injures, just getting back in the gym and this has proven to be a good aid for joint support. *

The pain I felt mainly in the elbow and shoulder improved. I had already taken other products for "joint support" and this was the best.*
