Lemon Lights taste is totally horrible. Do not buy this flavour you can't drinks this flavour. This pre workout is ok ok. Berry berry angry flavour is ok to drink.*

Good flavour that instantly wakes you up and prepares you for the work out. Can definitely feel the effects from the 3 to 4 hours and therefore is ideal for long sessions.*

I used the original Superpump 250 and loved it. Was skeptical about this and generally don’t like to spend this much on a pre workout, but DAMN this stuff is legit. I’ve been in a caloric deficit for months and my workouts have been suffering. Not anymore. Aggression is the best word to describe it. Crazy energy and motivation in the gym. Dripping sweat. Close to too much, but perfect for me. Almost scary but not so scary that I won’t take it. *

Not impressed with the pump, I didn’t get one .  I would no recommend it *

Tried for the first time as a sample in place of my normal pre workout which is Altrd State. He taste of Agression is a bit rough. Not bad but what I would call "chemically." I missed the early tingling feel that comes with Altrd State. The sustained energy with Super Pump was good. Noticeably still fired up to lift after 90 minutes. I'll stay with Altrd State and the Curse over Super Pump Agression but I do give it a positive review and wouldn't have a problem mixing it in every now and then for a short term change.*

You feel the power, if you do not mind the taste , I recommend it. This is not for beginners hahah*
