Just started using this product. I started with half a scoop in 15 - 20 ounces of water. No bad, fuzzy feeling so I went to the recommended dose. There's definitely a noticeable difference in strength and endurance. I'm not sure about muscle growth yet but I don't see how there won't be with the extra intensity of my last few workouts. I used this product while working out as recommended. The taste is very good and it mixes fine, though that's not what this review is about. It seems taste is the most important thing to most reviewers to the point that it's almost impossible to find a review about more than how a product tastes*

Very good, a little on the pricier side. The lemon ice tastes like Lemon Heads candy in my opinion. I don't eat those anymore, but the flavor immediately reminded me of when I was a kid and really liked those. Anyway, it's a fast-acting carb blend and creatine, nothing groundbreaking, but nonetheless important. Great for post-workout imo and should be a staple for anyone doing regular resistance training if it meets your dietary needs.*
